Through sensory play, we make little chefs curious about food and (over time) open to trying new foods

Nutritional food

We are not yet-another kids cooking class using refined flours and excess sugar! Our key focus is on making nutritious recipes that show little chefs how healthy food can be yummy too!

Sustainable ingredients

We care deeply about our planet, and therefore we source organic ingredients locally, and talk to little chefs about the importance of eating local and seasonal foods

Practical application of math & science knowledge

We integrate age-appropriate concepts of math & science into our classes (such as fractions and chemical reactions)

This allows children to engage in the practical application of theoretical concepts they are learning in school

Parent-and-me & Drop-off classes

We offer both parent-and-me classes (where you can cook with your little chef) as well as drop-off classes (don’t worry, your little chef will bring home their culinary creations to share with you!)

Nutrition Education at a young age can influence food choices through adulthood, reducing the risk of lifestyle diseases
